To mask the propaganda manifesto, the Communist Party printed it in the form of a flyer for cinema advertising. The content refers to the dissolution by Stalin of the Communist International (the Third International, founded by Lenin in 1919, also known as Comintern), based in Moscow. The representative of the Romanian Communists in Moscow, Ana Pauker, is also mentioned as a supporter of Stalin’s decisions. The item is in a very good state of preservation.
