PROVENANCE
From the collection of Tonko Ninic (1934-2024), violinist, concertmaster and leader of the Zagreb Soloists. Ninic, a member and leader of the Zagreb Soloists for almost forty years, is counted among the most significant instrumentalists of the 20th century, multiple awarded for his exceptional artistic work, including the Vladimir Nazor Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003. He was an emeritus professor and longtime music pedagogue at the Music Academy in Zagreb.
