The work was exhibited at the retrospective exhibition "Marino Tartaglia" at the Art Pavilion in Zagreb from 19.12.1975 to 14.1.1976, and was reproduced in the exhibition catalog under catalog number 128. titled "Study for a painting" on page 73.
PROVENANCE
The current owner purchased the work from the artist's studio in 1976.
