Obverse: "HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P". Reverse: "S - C / DACIA"
The coin shows on the obverse the laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian, oriented to the right, surrounded by the abbreviation of the Latin phrase "Hadrianus Augustus, Consul Tertium, Pater Patriae", and on the reverse a representation of the Dacian provinces along with a standard, a falx and an abbreviated inscription of the formula "Senatus Consultum / Dacia".
