The engraving presents a portrait of the painter Charles-François Poerson (1653-1725) painted at his admission to the French Academy in 1723. The drawing was created by Nicolas de Largillière (1656-1746) and printed by the engraver Etienne-Jehandier Desrochers (1668-1741) in Paris. The item is in a very good state of preservation.
