The text, written in blue ink on vellum pages, represents a chronicle about Marin Preda's novel, "Impossible Return". It is corrected, annotated, and completed by the writer Mircea Ciobanu who was at the time a book editor at the Cartea Românească publishing house and colleague with Magdalena Bedrosian.
