175. Medal "The establishments of H.R.H. Princess Elena", 1925-1935

The piece was created to mark the 10th anniversary of the charitable establishments initiated by Princess Elena, the wife of the future King Carol II. The obverse is decorated with the face of the princess, with laurels, and in the exergue the legend "A(lteța) S(a) R(egală) Principesa Maria" can be read. On the reverse appears the image of two establishments founded by the princess, the St. Elena dispensary and the ASR Princess Elena establishments. At the bottom is a medallion with the portrait of Dr. Vasile Gomoiu, one of the founders of Romanian pediatrics and director of the dispensary.
