Made by the engraver Moise Carniol to commemorate the organization of the Agricultural Competition in Bucharest in 1880, the medal depicts the bust of Carol I on the obverse, surrounded by the inscription denoting his title, while the reverse includes, in addition to the name and year of the event, the motto "Honour the Farmer", to celebrate each participant of the contest.
