The copy is part of the luxury edition printed by photographer and publisher Alexandru Antoniu in Dresden and Berlin. The work was dedicated to King Carol I and includes 100 photogravures from original cliches depicting historical and ecclesiastical monuments, as well as inhabitants of Romania's regions dressed in traditional costumes. Each image is accompanied by a caption in Romanian, French, and German languages. On the inside of the title page, there is a dedication in German to Elena Peteanu. The binding is very elegant, the main cover is decorated centrally with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Romania. The edge is gilded.
