Research information
The painting was displayed in 1989 at the monographic exhibition "Gliha and His Rock Piles" on Zagreb's Upper Town in gallery space "Gradec" of the Museum and Gallery Center (catalog number 20, page 70). The selection of paintings, the setup of the exhibition, and the accompanying text for the catalog were written by Zdenko Tonković, multiple times the painter's monographer, and an essay for the double jubilee of Oton Gliha celebrated on that occasion (75th birthday and 50th anniversary of work) was written by poet Jure Kaštelan.
