Through continuous research and innovation, Champagne Bollinger has deepened its understanding of the multiple expressions of the vineyard La Côte aux Enfants, located in Aÿ. This legendary plot was created with much perseverance by Jacques Bollinger himself, between the years 1926 and 1934. Aware of its potential, Champagne Bollinger set out to produce an exceptional champagne, made 100% from Pinot Noir. The grapes were picked from the northwest slope of the hill, revealing a hitherto unknown facet of the La Côte aux Enfants vineyard. Thus, La Côte aux Enfants Champagne became the first cuvée from a single plot of the Bollinger house, offering lovers of refined wines a truly unique tasting experience.
