Men's white gold Dewitt Academia wristwatch, limited edition 19/50, reference NE097.48, automatic movement, glazed back. Copper colour dial, partially decorated with the guilloché technique with Arabic numerals and four registers. Original black alligator skin band and deployant closure.
Founded in 2003 by Count Jérôme de Witt, a direct descendant of European kings and emperors, among which Emperor Napoleon I, DeWitt has its roots in authentic historic heritage. The company proves its passion for Fine Watchmaking through an innovative, ever-evolving spirit. Two years after founding, DeWitt registered its first patent for Tourbillon Différentiel, which won the innovation award in the Grand Prix dHorlogerie de Genève. The brand expanded its Tourbillons collection with famous inventions such as Academia Tourbillon Force Constante and Academia Tourbillon Force Constante à Chaîne.
The unique case pattern is inspired by imperial columns. The watches manufactured by this brand are very exclusive, manufactured in a very low number, combining high-tech materials with traditional watchmaking, at the same time being one of the four Swiss watchmaking houses manufacturing both their movements and dials.
