Writer and lawyer Petre Pandrea (the pen name of Petre Marcu, 1904-1968) sent a loan application to the Literary Fund, dated and signed by hand. The other letter is a copy written by him and authenticated by his own signature, by hand, after a letter received from the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the publication of his work.
