In December 1910, a government made up of personalities of the Conservatory Party was appointed, headed by Petre P. Carp, Titu Maiorescu, and Alexandru Marghiloman, which organized general and communal elections. The copy, which is very rare and sought by collectors, represents an election campaign poster, printed at the Minerva printing press from Bucharest.
