The Organic Regulation, the first text with constitutional value in Wallachia, similar to the Regulation for Moldova. The Organic Regulation introduced modern principles in the field of public institutions and the state organization and can be considered as a first constitution in the Romanian space. The link of the copy is from the epoch, made of pergaminoid, with a leather spine. The binding is damaged.
