Of all the colours applied to the Air Jordan 1, among the most worn by athlete Michael Jordan in an NBA game are the Air Jordan 1 Chicago and the Air Jordan 1 Black Toe. The original Black Toe model became essential and transformed the sneaker silhouette into a contemporary iconography. The current model, made in collaboration with the Los Angeles branch of the Union brand, reinterprets the classic line and is distinguished by a vintage-looking midsole and a zig-zag woven collar to create the impression of a slouchy design. The overall look is finished with a black Swoosh and red outsole. Founded in 1989, the Union brand originated in the SoHo neighbourhood of New York, pioneering streetwear elements.
