Pe fondul roze-ocru în partea de sus a icoanei şi verde închis în partea de jos, este redat Sf. Nicolae în veşminte arhiereşti cu Evanghelia în mână şi Binecuvântând. În jurul capului poartă aureolă pictată cu galben-ocru, la fel şi rama degroşată a icoanei. Deasupra umerilor de mici dmensiuni sunt redaţi Iisus Hristos cu Evanghelia şi Maica Domnului cu omoforul.
