The program contains:
- an online session to explore the team's needs and expectations,
- a full day of experiential learning alongside horses, at the Potcoava Mountain Hideaway,
- a debriefing session, to integrate and transform the experience into concrete steps for the team.
The proposed theme: new perspectives on collaboration, leadership, and mutual trust.
The design and delivery are carried out by the HorseDream Romania team, with attention to the context and specific objectives of each beneficiary.
