Historical collection of academician Matko Peić (1923-1999), Croatian writer, art historian, painter, university professor and author of numerous art monographs. Peić is a prominent intellectual figure of Croatian culture in the second half of the 20th century, whose work has connected art history, art criticism, literature, travel prose and pedagogical activity.
