Research information

The work was part of the "Urban Spirit" exhibition, National Museum of Contemporary Art, Bucharest, 2025.

My creation, "Maze Rider," symbolizes the search for one's own path through the labyrinthine structure of existence. The "Urban Spirit" series is a chronicle of the effervescence of urban culture, where 11 excellent Romanian artists, each with a unique visual lexicon, transform skateboard decks into genuine works of art, created in reverse to the classic placement of art on decks. Thus, these cult objects, associated with adrenaline and freedom, transformed into art, become supports for reflection, mirrors of urban identities.
