The Order "Scholarly Virtue" was a particularly honourable and significant distinction during the reign of Carol II, recognizing the devotion and contribution to the education of young people and the promotion of humanitarian and civic values within the Scholarly movement in Romania. The Order "Scholarly Virtue" in the class II could be worn as a badge on the chest or as a brooch by recipients. This was the official recognition of the individual's significant commitment and contribution to the development of the Scholarly movement and to serving the community.
