With all the expense of Constantin Caracas, and Raducan Clinceanul Biv vel stolnic and Dumitrache Topliceanul Biv vel sluger, Bucharest, printed in the privileged typography of ot Cismeaoa of the late Mr. Mavrogheni", 1818. - [2] f., 104 p.,[3] f. : frontisp., il.,grav.,vig. ; 32,5 cm. The volume represents the first legal code of Wallachia, given by ruler Ioan Caragea (1812-1818). On this code worked "two landowners with science and knowledge of law", Anastasie Hristopol and Nestor Craiovescu. The sources used are mentioned in the decree of promulgation, these being "gathered from the imperial laws and from the condica and from the traditions of the land that have been followed so far". Among the aspects of life regulated by this code are murder, divided into "thoughtless" (sanctioned by the death penalty) and "thoughtless", theft, forgery, etc. It was applied until 1865. In-folio, two 2 sheets + 104 pag. + 3 sheets, first and last unnumbered. The last sheet for erratum is printed later and pasted at the end, the introduction is between pages 68 and 70. The text is framed in a plain black border. On the reverse of the title is the coat of arms of Wallachia and the counties. Pavel Macedonki, along with his brother Dimitrie, played an important role during the Revolution of 1821 as ethereal leaders in Muntenia.
