During his post-1848 exile, in Iași, the Transylvanian intellectual, insurgent and politician published this book about public law. The specimen distinguishes itself through the original vintage photograph of the author, affixed to the title page's counterpart. Period binding with a fabric back and cardboard covers. A copy is known to be present in the "Lucian Blaga" Central University Library collection, Cluj-Napoca.
