On a background painted in ochre, the figures of the Holy Martyrs Theodore Tiron and George riding are represented. The diagonal segmentation of the entire icon is to be noticed. Saint George has the face of a young warrior, riding his white horse and killing the dragon with his spear. Saint Theodore is rendered behind Saint George, riding an ochre horse and killing the devil.
