The Wise Men of Heliopolis was a lodge established in Bucharest in 1863, subordinate to the Grand Orient of France. Among the founding members were notable figures of the Romanian public space, such as Dr. Iacob Felix or the actor Matei Millo. In 1873, the lodge was reorganized, an occasion when this regulation was also printed.
