The document is hand-signed by the bishop, bears the seal of the bishopric, the header of the Neamț Monastery and the registration number of the Romanian Patriarchate's registry. In the upper right part there is a broad handwritten resolution of the patriarch. The correspondence refers to the publication in Romanian language of the Pentateuch.
