The magazine appeared in only two issues, one in 1893, the second in 1894. In the pages of this volume are parts of the famous polemic between Gherea and Titu Maiorescu. Constantin Dobrogeanu-Gherea (1855-1920), a radical socialist intellectual, by his name Solomon Katz, a refugee in Romania from the Russian Empire, was a good friend with I.L: Caragiale. The same year as the magazine was issued, he was one of the main organizers of the Social Democrat Party of Workers from Romania, which disappeared a few years later and was re-established in 1910.
