A rare masterpiece — a complete scenic score, produced by the Romanian composer Stan Golestan, a European-focused artist, distinguished with the "George Enescu Award", decorated with the "Romanian Crown in the rank of Commander" and awarded in France with the "Prix Verley" for Romanian folk songs, through which he opened doors for the authentic "doina" in the western musical space. The work, designed as a divertissement in one act with two scenes, opens with an Introduction, continues with Idyll, passes through The Dance of Tziganella and culminates in a grand finale, "Ritual Dance - La Hora". Includes an illustrated page, heavily annotated and handwritten. The subject combines lively Roma and Romanian folk realism with the aesthetic refinement of interbellum Paris, presenting an absolute rarity: a complete stage opera in manuscript, unique in its kind on the auction manuscript music market.
