Among those caricatured are Nicolae Iorga, Nicolae Titulescu, Alexandru Averescu, Iuliu Maniu, Alexandru Vaida Voevod, Eugen Goga. On the cover of the portfolio, in the upper right corner, there is a hand-written dedication from the graphic artist to engineer Stavri Cunescu, the father of the social-democrat politician, active after the Revolution of December 1989, Sergiu Cunescu.
