The graphic artist A. Dragoș created this series of caricatures published at the Socec publishing house in Bucharest, with a foreword by the journalist Pamfil Șeicaru. Among those caricatured are Nicolae Iorga, Nicolae Titulescu, Alexandru Averescu, Iuliu Maniu, Alexandru Vaida Voevod, Eugen Goga. On the cover of the portfolio, in the upper right corner, there is a hand-written dedication from the graphic artist to engineer Stavri Cunescu, the father of the social-democrat politician, active after the Revolution of December 1989, Sergiu Cunescu.
