The photographs capture the presence of dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu at various official political events, such as: the official visit to Yugoslavia in 1968 (one photograph), the official one in Senegal in 1975 (Ceaușescu welcomed at the airport by the President of Senegal Leopold Sedar Senghor, one photograph), participation in the Conference for Cooperation and Security in Europe in Helsinki in 1975 (three photographs), the New Year's dinner 1976 with the government in Bucharest (one photograph), the official visit of the Ceaușescu couple, Nicolae and Elena, to the Philippines in August 1975, with dictator Ferdinand Marcos and his famous wife Imelda Marcos (one photograph). Images also feature communist diplomats George Macovescu and Ștefan Andrei, communist leaders Ion Gheorghe Maurer and Ștefan Voitec, Czechoslovak communist leader Gustav Husak, in addition to those already mentioned.
