Ary Murnu created these two posters at the order of the Ministry of Air and Navy, the Air secretariat. The figure of King Carol II appears centrally, once flanked by the coats of arms of the historical Romanian provinces, and the second time by a World War I soldier, scouts, and a family of Romanian peasants. In his youth, Carol had been the first commander of the scouts in Romania. These two posters are part of a very limited test run, without the text in the central lower part.
