The artwork depicts Goran Generalić, son of Josip Generalić and grandson of Ivan Generalić, in the company of various life characters of Miroslav Krleza, a Croatian writer and author of the most significant Croatian literature texts of the 20th century, with the title alluding to the epithet "Doctor Krleza". In addition, the character of Nela Erzisnik, a famous Croatian comedian, appears next to the stove.
