One of the most selective Champagne houses, which produces a single cuvée, from a single year and from a single cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Salon only releases a vintage in years considered exceptional, and 1999 is among them. A bottle of Salon is not purchased, it is inherited or won at auction.
