The work participated in the Official Salon of Painting and Sculpture, Bucharest, 1934, together with a similar work later purchased by the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, both being mentioned in the exhibition catalogue at positions 173 and 174, entitled "Peisagiu din Balcic" ("Balchik Landscape").
