Research information
Cel mai probabil opera a participat la prima expoziție personală Gheorghe Petrașcu, Ateneul Român, decembrie 1900. În "Expoziția de pictură George Petrașcu", Ion Mincu în "Literatură şi artă română : Idei, simţire, formă, 05, 1900 - 1901", pag. 19-21 apare menționată opera "Bordee pe Malul Mării (Constanța)". Petrașcu prezenta la acea primă expoziție 60 de opere (58 de uleiuri și 2 desene) și avea să se bucure de un succes imediat.
Opera este reprodusă în catalogul "Peisajul impresionist în pictura din România", Mircea Deac, ed. Monitorul Oficial, 2009, la pag. 59.
