Felinarul, suspendat de un lanț cu zale ovale, este compus din două panouri ovale, bombate cu bordură din metal acoperită cu friză de frunze lanceolate, iar câmpul cu material transparent decorat cu motiv floral-vegetal stilizat reliefat pe contur. În lateral panourile sunt unite de agrafe medalion traforat. Cele două lumini în formă de lumânare, sunt suspendate în interior de o tijă de alamă.
