Research information

The artwork was part of the exhibition "Art in Progress 1 - Sculpturality", The Institute, Combinatul Fondului Plastic, Bucharest, 2021. The artwork was part of the festival "DIPLOMA", Bucharest, 2021.

The project aims to raise the question of how we look at the car: symbol of progress or collective delirium? Agglomeration and pollution, which dominate modern life, unfolded under the umbrella of a chaos controlled by a dubious reason. Essentially, "Melting with the City" is a moment of introspection, an attempt to understand the cognitive dissonance generated by the antithesis between the ideal life and the sad reality we are experiencing daily, tired, irritated or anxious, bandaged with various vices.

For clarifications regarding the bidding procedure, hammer price costs, guarantee, payment, and collection terms for the winning lot, we recommend carefully reading/re-reading the Bidding Regulations.
