Platou decorativ, piesă de colecție, central cu scenă în altorelief, cu personaje în costume orientale, pe fundal construcții medievale maure. Bordura lată este acoperită de un rensou vegetal cu terminații zoomorfe. Johann Maresch (1821-1914) german stabilit în Bohemia, deschide un atelier de ceramică și majolică împreună cu Adolf Baehr. Din 1863, conduce singur atelierul producând piese decorative printre care si platouri sculptate cu scene orientale si umoristice.
