Casetă din bronz, cu forma unui coșuleț cu deschidere ovală și capac bombat cu tortiță mobilă. Coșuleţul cu registre orizontale traforate este decorat cu şiruri forme geometrice diferite delimitate de brâuri torsadate, iar pe capac sunt inserate mici caboşoane de sticlă colorată.
