"Le Soleil Royal" a fost o navă franceză, de linie, construită între anii 1668 și 1670, cu 104 tunuri și 1200 de oameni la bord, condusă de amiralul Tourville. Ea a fost declarată una dintre cel mai frumos decorate corabii ale perioadei baroc. Emblema folosită - soarele, a fost aleasă de Ludovic al XIV-lea ca simbol personal. Era o corabie rapidă și puternică. Piesa rară ce ilustrează macheta celebrei nave franceză este minuțios realizată din argint.
