Reserve Medical Captain Dimitrie Iernici was promoted to the rank of Reserve Medical Major by King Carol I through this decree dated June 10, 1913. The certificate is personally signed by the King and countersigned by the Secretary of State for the War Department, Constantin Hârjeu (1856-1928). The signatures are located at the bottom right and the state emblem of the kingdom is preserved in dry seal at the bottom left.
