The Mayor of Vienna, Karl Lueger, attended the inauguration of the 1906 Jubilee Exhibition opened in Bucharest. The capital's City Hall marked the moment by issuing this medallion. The obverse is adorned with the side-by-side crests of Vienna and Bucharest, surmounted by the royal crown. The engraver's signature is located in the lower central part. On the reverse side, a broad text speaks about the event.
