"Săptămâna" magazine ("The Week") was edited by the politician George Panu from Junimea as a literary and political news publication. In the pages of the magazine, Panu began publishing his famous "Amintiri de la Junimea" ("Memories of Junimea"), of which he had been a member One number of the current set (No 13 of January 25, 1902) was addressed to the economist and liberal politician, the main creator of the National Bank of Romania, Eugeniu Carada (1836-1910), who lived on Str. Pitar Moș No 10 in Bucharest.
