The administration of the School House asked Gala Galaction for support in producing a material on the manuscripts stolen by Bulgarian soldiers during the occupation of the southern part of Romania during the First World War. The writer was asked in his capacity as a scholar and researcher to formulate arguments to prove the justice of the Romanian cause. The document is written and hand signed in black ink.
