The Princess of Romania, the future Queen Mary, appears with her firstborn, the future King Charles II, in a beautiful photo taken by Royal Court photographer Franz Mandy. Even though the photo was taken in the studio of the photographer in Bucharest, in includes a handwritten inscription of the Queen on the top of the original cardboard, relating to the date and location. At the bottom, positioned left-right, the autographs are clearly distinguishable, one of Mary, the second of Charles.
