Casetă de bijuterii din argint, cu aspect eclectic, este susţinută de picioruşe unghiulare traforate. Corpul cu laturile bombate, godronate, profilate şi capacul sinuos în contur cu bordură bombată, sunt decorate cu o friză vegetală gravată ce se detaşază pe fundalul martelat, iar capacul are montat central un caboşon de lapis lazuli.
