Pentru vinul din anul mileniului, 2000, pentru prima dată Baronesa Philippine nu a mai contractat un artist. Sticla în sine a devenit o „operă de colecție”, având pictată în relief „Augsburg Ram”: un vas aurit creat în jurul anului 1590 de către germanul Jakob Schenauer. Inelul auriu de la gâtul sticlei reproduce designul gravat pe gulerul berbecului, iar ca semn de autenticitate, numele Château Mouton Rothschild este gravat la baza sticlei.
