Cartier Calibre De Cartier wristwatch, men's, reference 3389. Automatic movement, calibre 1904-PS.MC with 27 rubies, glazed back. Silver-coloured dial, indices with Roman numerals and baguettes, register for seconds at the 6 o'clock, register for date between the 2 and 4 o'clock. Original brown leather strap, with deployant type closure system.
