Un vatted malt îmbuteliat în loturi mici, cu o concentrație alcoolica de 46.8%, fără coloranți și nefiltrat la rece. Inspirată de mare, această îmbuteliere deosebită este creată folosind cele mai fine malțuri maritime, incluzând cele distilate în Islay, Jura, Arran și Orkney. Rock Oyster este puternic maritim în stil, având o delicatețe ascunsă. Are un miros de roci umede și o influență sărată, oceanică, proaspăt îmbibată.
