Portrait of poet Geo Bogza (1908-1993) by photographer Vasile Blendea (1938-2005) in November 1974. Blendea has produced thousands of portrait images of writers from several generations, including Tudor Arghezi, Zaharia Stancu, Tudor Vianu. Geo Bogza is immortalised in a meditative yet firm mood. The photo belonged to the writer and is signed in the lower right-hand corner with a crayon "Photo/Vasile Blendea/1974".
